Wendy began with Central Carolina in January of 2018. She has her Property and Casualty License and serves as the Agency Manager, handling all managerial and HR aspects for the agency.

Whitney joined CCIA in 2015. She comes to us from National General after working as a special investigations claims adjuster. She has her license for property and casualty insurance and has been in the insurance field since 2004 and is our Personal Lines Team Lead.

Krista joined CCIA in 2017. She comes to us from Farm Bureau after working as an associate agent. She has her license for property and casualty insurance and has been in the insurance field since 2016.

Sandy joined the CCIA team in August 2015. She has spent most of her time here as the Claims Manager. As of March 2020 she has moved to the Personal Lines department as an Account Manager. Sandy started working in insurance in 2004 and has always worked for independent agencies. Sandy enjoys spending time with her family and her 2 Shih Tzu’s, Duncan and Donut.

Jennifer has been a licensed Property and Casualty agent since 1999 and has been with CCIA since 2006 specializing in business insurance. Prior to joining us she gained experience in the trucking and transportation insurance industry at an agency in Houston. Jennifer works with the agents to provide programs for our clients that suit their specific insurance needs and strives to provide excellent customer service.

Stephanie joined CCIA in August 2012 and has had her property and casualty license since 2005. She has worked in both personal lines and commercial lines departments within our agency. Stephanie received a Bachelor’s degree from Catawba College in 2018 focusing in Business Administration and Marketing. In Stephanie’s spare time she enjoys watching her son play baseball, visiting family and enjoying time with her lab, Molly.

Joanne celebrated her 49th year with CCIA in 2019. She has serviced both personal and commercial lines accounts and been involved in system administration, bookkeeping and management along the way. Currently she is serving in the capacity of Claims Manager.

Linda has been in the Insurance Industry for 45 years and with Central Carolina since 1987. She retired from scouting –no more sleeping on the ground!!! She enjoys good literature, old movies from the 30’s and 40’s –they have an actual story to tell, and going to antique stores looking for treasures.

Danette has been with CCIA since 1997 as our Bookkeeper. She has worked in banking and customer service before joining the CCIA team. Danette is a very active member of her church and earned her Doctor of Theology and Sacred Studies in June of 2017. She and her husband are currently raising three of the youngest of their eight grandchildren.

Kristen joined our team in September 2020. She graduated in 2002 from Meredith College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. Kristen and her husband, Jon, have two pets, a yellow lab named Huck and a bunny named Nully. Kristen is a member of First Baptist Church of Salisbury. In her free time she enjoys traveling, gardening, attending community events, and spending time with family and friends.

Sisy joined our team in July 2021. She has past experience in customer service and continues to grow in the insurance industry. She is looking forward in helping provide excellent customer service to CCIA customers. In her free time she enjoys outdoor activities, reading, and being with family and friends.
